At Muletown Maker Co, every item is handmade with care and customized just for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we want to clearly explain our refund and return policy so you know exactly what to expect.
Personalized and Custom Orders
All personalized, engraved, or custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable once your order has been approved and production has begun.
Each piece is made specifically for you based on the artwork, names, and design details you provide — therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Customer typos or incorrect personalization details.
Changes of mind after mockup approval.
Slight variations in color, grain, or texture due to natural materials such as wood, leather, or acrylic.
Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work! If Muletown Maker Co makes an error (such as a spelling mistake different from your approved design, engraving defect, or damaged product due to our handling), we will:
Remake or replace the item at no cost to you, or
Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
To help us assist you quickly, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and include photos of the item and packaging if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:
Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll review the situation and work with you to replace or remake the product as needed.
